The legacy of Alan Sheehan 09:50 - Apr 10 with 992 viewsonehunglow

So, he's a fella that takes over a dysfunctioning , depressed , disparate squad with fans abandoning in their thousands and the team sinking fast
He has now kept us up and saved us from a seismic shift downwards which could have seen us fall into oblivion
We have seen players perform with pride , spirit and some skill

You could say his legacy would be the best in many years because he has repaired the damage done by two of the most incompetent ,toxic " coaches" around .

He's done this twice. Give him the job if he wants it. This man is something else.

Part of me wants a higher profile coach but logically surely Sheehan gets the gig
He's young enough to grow and learn but thus far he's played a blinder
Seems honest and humble but confident
That's a good cocktail

Agree with your sentiments there. He’s really pulled it off in bucket loads I think. I’m looking at a different team these days.
The only downside is he’s put himself out there as a coach who has drive and quality about him. He’ll be a wanted man in my opinion.

Without a doubt if we don't give him the job somebody else will, he won't be here next season as an assistant.

The club are currently playing Billy big bollux with Sheehan "we will make a decision in the summer". Let me put this out there, carry on as he is and we may not be able to keep him in the summer, he may have moved on before we get around to offering him the job.

Edit
Should this be moved to the football board.

What’s happened Richard, you been taking positive pills?
This is much better than Key is the poorest full back in the league, Eom is not fit to wear the Swans shirt, Joe Allen and Kyle Naughton should be binned etc.
Keep up the good work old bean.👍

I think (and I could easily be wrong) not offering Sheehan the job could be the biggest balls up in the last 10 years and be regretted for the next 10.

I don't know who they are talking tl but Sheehan ticks pretty much every boss including being the cheap option. The only thing they can say he lacks is experience but he's getting that as the weeks go by and for an inexpeienced coach he is doing brilliantly.
He gets the players, he gets the fans, the club...he's a perfect fit.

I speak as I find Roger
Always will
Key is still a woeful defender and Joe and Naughton now too far past their best if we want to progress
Both magnificent professionals

Enjoy the summer and might yourself whilst you're taking sin out of the ocean
I'm
Glad we're both still here to bitch, frankly
