Who can blame any player for moving to a club that pays them more money, and is of a higher standard.
Surely that’s a good thing for the national team, if players are competing at a higher standard.
Until our so called rugby fans get up off their backsides and support the Welsh regions then it will keep declining. 3000 crowds are pathetic.
Football seems to attract more youngsters these days, there are teams of all ages in every town.
Not so in rugby. Builth, Gwernyfed, Brecon have good junior rugby set ups, but there’s not much otherwise. Yet football is everywhere. |  |
