No not losing your mind. From my memory Wembley was played with one goal and goalie and a free for all for everyone else. If you scored you went off and into the next round. Remaining player was out. The trick was to goal hang and try and get a deflection. Many happy hours playing footy in the park.

28's round our way, because it was the first one to 28 points.
1 point for a volley 2 for a header and I think the goalie got points for catches and saves
