He is most certainly a decent manager, but his main concern will be the way his players respond to him. Many of these younger managers do a lot of affective training, some players won’t like it. Thats the balance he needs to find, which other managers struggle with. | |

I suspect he was the initial preferred choice but fair play to the club/Gorringe for not putting all eggs into 1 basket and having a plan B,C,D etc.
