Long was subbed at HT last night, due to injury. Probably that unpunished knee in the back. Guess he may be struggling to feature against Villa - the team he loves to score against !!
KWP was taken off last night, as a precaution. He had a slight hamstring issue, but hopefully it won't keep him out of the team for Saturday.
None of the 'bench' players really took their chance to show what they could do last night - apart perhaps from Stephens, but he wouldn't replace either of a fully fit Bed and Sali.
So it looks like we will be back to how we were for Norwich / Everton, with a possible tweak at full back.
