Southampton At Leicester City The Verdict on 10:51 - May 23 with 810 views | saints__fan__73 | Same old story from Nick, it's always the players (or the fans) but never the owners. Ralph has made mistakes but f'k me we have an awful squad. Lyanco, Stephens, McCarthy, Diallo, Walcott, Elywotsit, A. Armstrong, etc. None of these would get anywhere near any other PL squad, inc. the teams that went down. We've been running things on a shoe-string for too long. The Champ (and L1) is full of clubs who've done this and it'll be our turn soon. Have the new owners done anything different to the old? One transfer window in and they've spent the grand total of the square root of f'k all.

Southampton At Leicester City The Verdict on 13:23 - May 23 with 644 views | Sadoldgit | Whether the new owners decide to keep Ralph or get rid of him, one thing is for sure, we need to improve the quality of players in the squad. There have been far too many individual mistakes at the back and when attack we rarely look like scoring. We can do it in patches but not consistently. Clearly we need a decent keeper, but we also need two quality CBs, a quality 10 and a proper replacement for Ings and that is just for starters. We also need decent replacements for the number of squad players who are hopefully on their way. We have some decent kids coming through but are probably 2 or 3 seasons away from joining the 1st team. The only good thing about the dismal end to the season is that it has given the new owners olenty to think about.
