MU up for sale.. 18:38 - Nov 23 with 2055 viewsmushinexile

Bought as a successful club for £790M in 2005.
Economic crash 2008.
Fast forward to a club that is no longer successful and hard times for many if not most.
The Glasers think they are going to get between 4 and 4.5 Billion for it.
Either they are or I am delusional but I really cannot see it being worth half of that.

How the old share holders allowed that original deal to happen is eveil.

Loaded the club wilth hunderds of millions of debt whilst the glazers have taken out millions in dividends.

I imagine the chap who did live in the new forest will make a bid, but hes not going to be able to fund it like city and newcastle.

Very nice return on investment if they can sell for even half the headline value.

Home grown billionaires however can't compete with sovereign investment funds and I'd be expecting some regime wanting to sportswash its reputation to come up with the big bucks here.

And to nobody's surprise, we'll see the FA and the PL wave it through because all they care about is money.
