I would have thought Nurnberg would only have a viable legal case if it was the direct result of Saints own intentional misconduct in getting thrown out of the play-offs. As it was the fault of Tonda not Saints and as their agreement was with us not Tonda I wouldn’t have thought there’s a case either way.

Absolutely.

Nurnberg's case falls apart entirely because they can't prove that a win against Hull was guaranteed for us.
