You're right. They have spent well and so have Everton and Spurs. This season is all about attacking football and they have built formidable attacks:
Barkley, Grealish & Watkins at Villa, Rodriguez, Richarlison and Calvert-Lewin at Everton and potentially the best of them all: Bale, Son and Kane at Spurs.
