The Footballs Used In FA Cup Games 13:23 - Mar 3 with 452 viewsTimSaint

I see that RH partly put Perraud's goal down to the fact that the footballs used in FA Cup games are a different make and slightly lighter than those used in the Prem, allowing him to ping it from further out !! (didn't stop him shooting at WHL though did it !!)

Therefore I think I owe Djenepo a huge apology for calling him 'fvcking useless' when his 1st half cross-field ball sailed into the midst of the Itchen (stand, not river !!).

Or should we in fact be blaming Saints for this, for clearly not ensuring Djenny was training with the right balls !! :-)

It wasn't just Djenepo. The much-vaunted Declan Rice did it too. In fact, West Ham's tactics were so predictable last night that nearly every time Rice got the ball you knew he was going to send a long diagonal pass sailing out to the right wing, a couple of which went straight out of play.

Poll: Who will win the Premier League this season?
