The break from Saints has been nice, mainly because of how depressing the season's been so far, not only on the pitch, but with all the issues on the rail network massively impacting on the matchday routine/experience.
Have watched a bit of the World Cup (obviously all the England games), but nowhere near as much as I have in previous years. I've actually used the free Saturdays to catch some random games at grounds I've never been to before; so have done Wimbledon v Chesterfield, Crawley v Swindon and am doing Forest Green v Cheltenham this coming Saturday. I've enjoyed it; but it is a bit odd going when you couldn't care less who wins. |  |
