At this the defender picks up their boot from the floor and throws it towards the ball.

Q1 Sent him off for a second yellow card although the penalty stands and he could obviously not take a second one should the need arise.
Q2 Retake the free kick as the ball has not travelled its circumference and is not in play until it does
