SAINTS chairman Henrik Kraft named the DNA of the club as “youth development, excellence in the academy, bringing top talent through and giving people a chance”.

Giving people a chance? All very lovely but what does that mean- Like unknowns, unsuccessful managers and unproven players? Play a load of young players that arn't good enough or experienced enough (because we give people a chance)? Can we not have a DNA of "Integrate new young players (only those that are good enough) amongst an experienced core of professionals"?

I'm not sure that this the right way to go. They sound like they will go all out for an all young team again, "giving managers a chance" and all that boll0x. You need a mixture of young players with experience. You can't make a Messi out of a Mara. We might as well give the new manager a chance and hope it works, what else can we do? But gut feeling is, this won't work. All this lovely, give everyone a chance stuff won't create winners. It's not forceful or aggressive enough. They just arn't learning, it seems.

Poll: After Nick's revelation, would you welcome back Danny Ings?
