Of course, it might help if various Talk Sport presenters didn’t glorify excessive drinking.

The Arsenal side he was in seems to have a number of ex players admitting issues with drink.

Adams, Parlour, full back whose name I can't recall.

Can recall seeing Groves play for us and scampering down the wing to cries of "keep up Snowy" or similar.

Sad to see but good on him for facing up to his demons.
