Ah your number 3. That season Nichol wanted Dave McPherson a hearts centreback and Alan mclloughlin an attacking midfielders. He believes if we got them we would be title contenders. Unfortunately they could never agree a fee with Hearts and never played Mcloughlin in his favoured position |  |
