Yes, we are 5th in the table; this is not bad, though we are miles off the top 2.
My main concerns are:
- we are far too easy to score against; teams don’t have to work hard at all to score against us, and I see no sign of Martin learning the errors of his ways
- too many wacky substitutions
- persisting with players who are weak links and not good enough for this League. Mara should be playing for the under-23’s
- we seem to be pinning all our hopes on Ross Stewart’s fitness; he’s a very good striker, but he won’t stop us conceding loads of goals
Looking like the lottery of the play-offs is the absolute best we can hope for.
But that’s only if the defending improves. |  |
