Haven't sighted this oddball Nob for a few years, Thankyou God.
He used to ride his Clown bike from the Bittern area to SMS ringing his stupid bells and playing loud music. Police probably caught up with him.

Gotta be up there with Dawson and Nobb22 for the Gold, Silver and Bronze medal positions for Saints top Nobby
