No fan of bullfighting and I've never seen one, but there are some beautiful and very atmospheric bull rings, Seville comes to mind.
It would be great to see them used for other firms of entertainment, if they are not already. |

Clinton Morrison is brilliant on the radio, he keeps talking about the action replays as if we can see them! For example, I was listening the other evening driving home and there was a marginal offside and he was shouting look, look at the top of the picture!
As the years go by I pay less and less attention to pundits. |

I was taking to one of my customers at a industrial site that burns heating gas, he was talking me through his experience of gas prices. He knows this stuff.
We are repeatedly told that heating has is sold on a global market and there is nothing to be done about the price.
UK heating gas prices are currently 10X the heating gas price in the US.
So there is actually a fragmented global market that is influenced by the scale of local production.
If we produced more the price would drop here. [Post edited 5 Nov 16:17]

I've always worked on the basis of a fair exchange between what I produce and what I get back, what I get back is not just money.
I've taken voluntary redundancy twice, once from a Company that was taken over and I did not like the ethnics of the new business and the second time because the business became pretty dysfunctional.
I get quite a lot of enjoyment from my current job, but the travelling has increased in recent years as more and more work is on the other side of the Severn Bridge.
The biggest problem I hear about right now is the lack of vacancies. |

Can you imagine going into work with a plan to restructure one of the key pieces of your business and refusing to tell stakeholders the cost of the change.
You'd be out of a job by the end of the day.
