Firstly it was a mistake to sack Ralph . Secondly if he had to go then an experienced manager should have been brought in along with his own backroom staff . I am not one who jumped on the Selles bandwagon . I find it strange that the last 3 managers have all made strange decision with the starting line ups , along with strange substitutions . There is one common denominator with all 3 of those managers , Selles . A big clear out is needed . |

Well if Sport Republic continue with this manager , i think that tells us all we need to know
about them . I know people who will not be going to any more games while this manager
stays in his position . It may or may not have been time to part with Ralph but, its got far worse now . |

Wrong appointment IMHO , i hope im wrong but if RH had to go the club should have been more ambitious with their replacement . |
