I think we're beyond simple physiotherapy and in to the realms of feng shui and a damn fine exorcism. |

Flown back a lot over the years from various countries Ive lived in, but principally to see my mum. Only time I ever specifically flew back for the Rangers was from Phnom Penh in 2011, returning for the last two games. However, I'm in a similar boat to charmr. My mum having passed, and after some back and fourth to settle her estate, my last home game was in March. With the trips Mrs PH and I have planned, probably won't be back until 2027. Can stay with friends, but you don't like to be a burden, so it'll be costly. So, how wonderful that QPR played down the road in Perpignan last July, affording a chance to catch up with a few old faces and meet some new ones too. |

Spoke to a mate earlier, he and chums in the home end. Seemingly, he won't be alone either. |

Its all in Rangers hands. Put a strong team out (unlikely), get right in their faces from the off, few early reducers, feed the Kone a bone, and 9,000 charlied Rfosi....'kin 'ave it!!! |

It won't be a classic and the eventual winner won't come from this tie. Wham! won't want to risk their better players, I suspect we won't either, but it would be nice to go for it at least once in our lifetime! As usual: the longer it remains nils, the greater our chances, and the first team to score may well see it out. Wham! are under pressure, but they won't want to lose this. |

Newcastle fans to JFH - Fat Eddie Murphy, you're just a fat Eddie Murphy... Saw something on YouTube, directed at Jonjo Shelvey warming up before the away end at Anfield - He's coming for you, he's coming for you, Harry Porter, he's coming for you! Suarez and his rodent like appearance! |

I googled him. It confirmed that his father was Leroy. Wiki said, Leroy came on in the 1986 League Cup Final; the 40th anniversary of which is this year. My left eye twitched upon being reminded of this. I believe Chelsea are in the semifinals of this competition. They will now go on to win the bloody thing. I'm already seething....I don't want to be a scouser about it, but it's clearly a conspiracy against us! So, fck 'em! |

Tommy Doherty and Aaron Brown - couldn't believed we'd got them off Bristol City. Just didn't work out at all. Jordan Cousins - Thought he looked something when we played Charlton. Put him in the B&W.... Junior Hoilett - But for that neat move with Keogh, largely meh! |

Still like to know Wayne Rooney's whereabouts 19 years and nine months ago! Not a darts fan, but saw something about him on TV and he came over really well. Hope he rises above the abuse and enjoys his darts for as long as he wants. He's 19 FFS, what the hell is wrong with some folks!! I also hope he has and continues to have good people around him. Good luck to him. |

Always some decent recommendations on here. However, could I respectfully suggest posters add the medium they watched their recommendations on. Saves me getting all excited, only to then spend the evening shouting at Netflix if they don't have it. |

No. 3 - I just cannot praise the ignore button enough. That said, its not infallible, and I occasionally see posters I've got on ignore. But on the whole, the ignore button gives the elbow to those who need, elbowing. Life's way too short to waste on such people and starving them of the oxygen of recognition is more damaging than you can imagine. |
 | Forum Reply | Opposition players you always rated at 08:40 4 Jan 2026
True, but for me it extends to great players who always did it. We've seen plenty blessed with skills who might be inconsistent or who clearly looked like the PE teacher didn't accept their note from mum, and made them play. Being great is one thing, doing it week in, week out regardless of the oppo, another. |

Ain't it so! What a saga and as with that, Clive's experience, and those of millions of people, it grates on many levels. The internet/social media, is an utter bear pit at times and one of the best things I've done is not taking up on it all. I uninstalled Facebook in 2022/3, I appreciate many genuinely can't for work etc., and it makes communication more difficult, but I don't miss the idiocy and unsolicited intrusion. |

Another for Le Tissier - On his day, unplayable, even when he looked tubby. Beardsley, Waddle, and Gazza - I know easy choices, but I never saw them play badly against us. Steve Nicol, Dennis Irwin - solid types, who always stood out among their more famous teammates. Micky Hazard and Ray Houghton - two blokes who were very close to joining the Rangers. Imagine the latter in 'that' game. |

Fck.....you've used your out loud voice. I wish you hadn't! I also wish Spaceman_P was back doing Freds. His calm and assured guidance has lifted us out of many a quagmire of our own making, much less that which the oppo might seek to add to our misery. Luckily, Mrs PH and I are meeting a friend, so I will be unable to watch. However, I shall sneak a peak between courses and by golly, I will be expecting something uplifting. Good luck Rs! |
