Something is fundamental wrong with Rangers!

Yup, not our AI's best day.

Maybe it's been hacked, but deffo could do with the physio boys at Geek Squad having a look.

And when we slot back in to it, I fear for the poor fool who might try and take it from us. I really do!

With 11 kilometers to go, I've not seen anyone boss a peloton this well since Lance Armstrong. I tell you muchahco, this Williams is an effing genius!!

Well, I did better than W7R!

Lifeless pretty much from the off, looked bereft of ideas and ability at times. Whomever actually owns the club, needs to do a root and branch review and clear out the deadwood and deadbeats among the staggering amount of non-footballing staff we have.

We were out-ran, out-tackled, out-thought, out-effing-everything today and it's no good doing really well one game - as we did up at Hull - and then looking abject the next few.

I don't think we're as good or as bad as we all think we are, we are just poor at performing to the right consistency on and off the pitch.

We offered nothing today and got what we deserved!

I thought Smyth impeded him. Stupid by him, and typical.

Edit: and right on cue. Smyth's an eejit.

Well, interestingly enough, and with some irony, I've just taken stock of my new, French made, prosthetic limb. Surely a balancing omen, possibly positive. There is indeed more of a le hop and a le skip, to my jump.

From my clinic I've been parler avec Mon. Stéphan all morning. With the walking wounded and fatigue present in the troops, it sounds more like readying for Ypres than Sheffield United down there currently.

However, we've got our Starting XI sorted. Can't say too much, but we've also had a good discussion about subs.

We can but see!

Hope the hammy mends señor....we'll likely need you!

You can't subject the likes of Lord Monkey of Roots and Supreme Commander Spaceman_P to cajoling, coercion, and blatant harassment to do freds, if you're not prepared to put up yourself!

Simple and incontrovertible fact: don't ask someone to do something if you're not prepared to do it yourself!

So, as agitator in chief of Monkey and Space, I'll get off my whinge box and do this one. Only done one before and I can only offer hope that I can't be as worse as I was then and W7R was midweek. Shirley?

That said, 1-1 my prediction.

C'mon Rs, 'kin 'ave it!!!

Twelve games left
at 17:00 26 Feb 2026

Been saying this for several weeks now.

We are not getting into the POs so once we hit 50 points, play the pups with the pressure off. I believe some of them might have hamstrings.

Obviously if Cookie is going at the end of the season you give him a final hurrah, and anyone else leaving who is able to stand as well.

3 at the back with wing backs Saturday?
at 13:32 26 Feb 2026

Walsh had a mare (alongside the rest of them) and if we drop him then we might as well pay him up and let him go. I shudder to think what this would do to his confidence.

Don't get me wrong, I'm to be convinced, but if he's perpetually one game away from being dropped, then it won't work.

He needs some notion of belief in him, albeit if we've all got a question mark over him on here.

I remain of the view that there was a keeper in there (may still be) but this lad's development has been atrocious by QPR. If we drop him for Saturday, then this will really be on us!

Special mention for the kits last night

Why wasn't the G&W hoops worn?

Not sure whether, and if so, we've worn it that much this season, but it's a decent enough kit.

Post Jim Gregory, Richard Thompson would be in with a shout compared to everyone that's succeeded him. And even then we wanted him gone! Christ what we'd give to turn the clock back.

We can also but speculate what might have been had David Bulstrode not died on the job, as it were! He seemed sensible, as did Amit. However, wasn't he the man who pushed for Gaz when we all knew he'd be a disaster.

The list of crooks, clowns, and charlatans we've had is as embarrassing as it is the cloak of perpetual failing that surrounds us.
