As with most things: its not Kim Jung that's the problem per se, its the thinking that hiring an unknown, untested, and questionable 26 year old pup into such a position was the thing to do! As with everything at QPR since August 2011, all our problems start and end at the top! |

Posting on here is as 'technical' as I get on anything. When we stopped roaming planet honneywood in 2021, Mrs. PH got a potager (allotment) and it became abundantly clear that it's a f..k of a lot of work! However, the more regularly you go, the less you have to do. Alas, too much for my back - although I love to appear when its harvest time - but she's soldiered on, and regularly returns with bag loads of wonderful tucker. Look what others are growing and when. No point trying to cultivate truffles if you've not got the soil for it. Plus, look what crops compliment each other. For example, Mrs PH planted flowers alongside tomato vines and it seems to work wonders. The 2023 Planet Honneywood (Mrs) harvest was immense and were best I've had in decades. Finally, don't plant too much. Spread them out to rest soil and move stuff around. Oh, and she swears by good quality horse shit manure. |

I can't recall who posted it, but one of the funniest posts I've read on here was someone's summation of how the matter should be resolved along the lines of: 'two woman who, but for being married to footballers, would have sorted this out behind a 'spoons at 1am!' Whoever you were...brilliant! |

Funnily enough, I was wondering if he might, and concluded that he probably would. In which case: he's either sat wetting himself or loving it in the full knowledge of knowing what's coming down the pipes. I was chatting with a mate who regularly sits in the boxes, and he said Kim Jung had certainly lost his swagger since becoming the Dear Leader. Especially during the bad run early doors, frequently looking overwhelmed. However, I can't help thinking he's built an ivory tower around himself and 'if' MC leaves, KJ would be wise to open up on things. I suspect he also needs to realise - and maybe does - that there are a lot of smart and successful people who can sniff BS a mile off among our breatheren, and who could easily pick him off if he continues to try and lord himself over us. |

Speaking of celebs and horse names, Steve McManaman and Robbie Fowler once owned a couple of racehorses called: 'Some Horse' and 'Another Horse'. Allegedly so they and racegoers could giggle at the commentary....not half as much as we laughed at them in their white suits! |

Danny Shittu. Posted before, but briefly: 2005 a good friend and long time Ranger, was dying. Through some people I got hold of Danny and without hesitating, he, Messrs. Bean, Bignot, and Rose came to see my mate Frank in hospital. As they walked on the ward with other terminally patients, a few chaps recognised them and were wowed by our boys coming to see one of their own. They stayed a good while and brought loads of QPR stuff to decorate my mate's bed. Although Frank is buried under Loftus Road, he never got to go to one final game. But for one afternoon at least, QPR came to him. You Rrrrrrss!! |

This thread sums up QPR; especially since that fat useless prick from KL wobbled in and instigated 14 years - and counting- of utter incompetence from the top-down. Frankly, if I were Marti, I'd jump ship as soon as something remotely more buoyant than us came calling. Why would you stay here when you've permanently got one arm twisted behind your back. I hope I'm wrong, but you get the view that Marti has put his cards on the table and if the club let's Kim Jung play their hand, then we know what's coming. I guess Marti's body language will tell a lot on Saturday, but if Kim Jung is overseeing his removal, have the guts to do it before the game so Marti can get the send-off he deserves. If, however, it's just a blip one sees in the workplace, then hopefully QPR/Kim Jung might learn something about managing internal (and external) relationships better then they've been doing since Kim Jung arrived. As always with the Rangers: it's all Q and no PR and frankly, I'm sick to the back teeth with it. |

There's something about the halves and DTM away shirts that just work as opposed to garishly luminous colours, nasty patterns, and of course, the piss from the abyss will never do. What goes on in the mind of the designers and club when they agree such disasters is mind boggling. |

Of what I've seen of him, it's twist. I think he's one of these blokes whose performance will drop exponentially. Filled a gap, time to put the money to better use. |

A QPR thread about Charlie...20 pages nailed on! Bienvenue Charles. If old CharlieB were to give one piece of advice to young CharlueB: what would it be? |

Another from the tannery industry. Of the various physically challenging jobs required to turn hide into leather, a less demanding role was to use a tool called a skive to smooth the hide. Consequently, when a worker was assigned to the role, they were said to be, 'skiving off.' |
