No need to pay Heathrow Express price. Just get the Elizabeth line to Paddington, which takes about 30 minutes (instead of 15 minutes) and will save you around £12 per person. There are always lots of Heathrow Express ticket sellers around the airport trying to flog overpriced tickets. Just go to the machines and buy a normal train ticket.

It means you can buy 1 ticket per client reference number without having to have any loyalty points. This is a couple of hours before they open it up to general sale when anyone can buy 6 tickets.

I'm thinking of trying the W12 hospitality for a birthday treat for one of the upcoming games. It appears that there is no dicount for existing ST holders, so does anyone know if I just have to list my ticket as a resale nearer the time?

It's only when the keeper holds onto the ball for more than 8 seconds though.

What about when the keeper is taking a goal kick and then decides to move the ball to the other side of the six yard box. And then starts kicking his boots against the posts and having a drink of water etc? Should that not be penalised as well?

I don't know the exact answer but, as the FAQs say they can be redeemed online, I suspect that you go to the ticket page and sign in. From the top right select the picture of the person's head, then view account menu. There is an option there to "manage tickets" and it MAY have your flexi ticket there?
