Travelling via Bristol to Wolves due to previous nightmares on Southampton to Midlands trains, and also stopping off in Brum on route, as away fans are not allowed in any decent pubs in Wolverhampton |

Tonda has made a significant difference, he is tactically aware and prepared to change the team when necessary to suit the opponent.
He also seems to be a great man manager, don’t seem to be many players sulking at not getting in starting team, looks like all are buying into it being a squad set up with each of them playing their part in teams performances
Also our recruitment if much better now, less rubbish players coming in. [Post edited 2 Nov 7:42]

1. If coming to ground from Jubilee line, DLR Pudding Mill lane to Stratford (one stop) easiest way to get to and from the ground
2 Went to pubs in Borough Market before and near Waterloo after game, now over £7 a pint for a pint of bitter in both !
3. Great support for once from both tiers of Saints supporters throughout the game
4. Great seeing so many West Ham fans leave so earlier, many very ungraciously in defeat, which made it even more enjoyable
5. Great team performance, and important win, at times backs against the wall, reminded me of
Coventry last season, and Peretz display of Kelvin in our 1-0 win at Leeds in 2012 |

Going up to the game yesterday, I thought after Boro’s demolition of Bolton we needed our own statement win, and boy did we get it.
Yes I know we rode our luck, and had to thank Peretz for some amazing saves and others for last ditch blocks and clearances, but going forward, partiicularly in the first half we tore West Ham apart.
Our second goal really was a beauty, from Mannings back flip to the stunning finish from Bree.
It’s great looking at table this morning, just 3 points off second, despite 4 pts deduction, after just 12 games a great achievement, and to get that result without Larin and Downes even more impressive.
A great performance by the whole team, no one let us down.
So a great day out, shutting the Ammers up and loved watching so many of their fans disappearing well before 90mins [Post edited 25 Oct 10:17]

After game probably back streets near Waterloo
Waterloo could be fun with Millwall coming back from Pompey (as early kick off) to Waterloo just as
loads of West Ham fans get there to return to South West. |
