I stayed in Treaddur Bay once, just round the corner from that pitch.
The most windiest place I’ve ever been.
Will be interesting to see what happens with this idiot now. Will the old bill get involved?
Think we can all safely say he shouldn’t be allowed to play any football under FAW jurisdiction again. |

Absolutely, took our foot off the gas. Let them score when warning signs were there. Should have killed the game.

Fair play, working wonders at Peterborough.
Wasn’t they in the bottom four when he took charge? I just looked at the table and they’re up to 11th.
I think he has had 14 games with them. W9 D1 L4
First game in charge of Peterborough he knocked Cardiff out of the FA cup.
He’s got a very important promotion for notts county back into the football league under his belt.
Shame it didn’t work out for him when he was here, but great to see him doing well.

that was the reason for the corner at the end? because our keeper held the ball for longer than the permitted time? I think counted 8 seconds. So banged to rights but still. |

Merthyr 2-2 Hereford 30th December
I was at the game, it was bloody freezing too.
Merthyr should have been out of sight by half time. They took their eyes off the game and foot off the gas big time. Even go as far to say they were pissing about with the ball when they should have gone for the kill.
Never been so frustrated watching a game end in a draw before.
Anyway bumper crowd, great to see in the valleys.
I don't want to be pessimistic, because they are having a fantastic season, but a few things to take away from that night....
- they would have a lot more of them 4000 fans return for future games if they had made more of an effort to win instead of pissing about.
- Ricardo Rees now left to join FGR
- Can Merthyr keep their play off place with out Ricardo Rees? |
