No surprise for me. Spends too much time on his arse pleading for non-existent fouls and ambling about as if he couldn't care less. He has the talent but not the heart and application needed. He'll get fixed up somewhere else, no doubt.

2-1 Dale in time added on. Great way to finish the season.

Fa Cup replays
at 12:22 18 Apr 2024

It's a scandalous decision and another kick in the balls for smaller clubs. There have been many magical cup replays involving teams from the lower echelons of the FL and non-league and many clubs have benefitted massively from the money they have earned from favourable draws.

I have no idea what the FA are thinking by doing this. It penalises the very clubs that need it most.

I watched Borehamwood batter Aldershot 3-0 earlier tonight. They were were a strong, dangerous attacking side who were quick and played like they were fighting for their lives.

Very impressive and unless we are up for a fight on Tuesday against a seriously determined opposition, then we will be their next win. By no means are they relegation fodder.

£500 to lodge an appeal. Returnable if the appeal is upheld.

The Mitchell dismissal looked very harsh from my vantage point, but when the opposition manager consoles you as you leave the field of play, you can tell I wasn't the only one who thought Mitchell was hard done by.

Dale deserved a point for their spirit in the last 20 minutes. 55 minutes with 10 v 11 is a tough ask, but we deserved what we got,

That probably says everything you need to know about the Chairman and his suitability for the role.

Wolves Set To Sign Mane
at 17:08 16 Mar 2024

Pretty sure that the Chairman said that ' a fee had been agreed' for Mane when he addressed the Fans Forum and that he was playing for 3 different Premiership clubs in the space of a week whilst they each had a close look at him. Southampton and Wolves. Can't remember the 3rd club (even if he mentioned one).

Could be a windfall heading our way.

There is a second bidder who have submitted a LOI. We now need to know what they offer, how they propose to invest in the club and compare the two.

The club comes first. Always.

I'd say it's absolutely necessary. Gauge needs removing from the negotiations.

Exclusive period with WSH
at 13:27 12 Mar 2024

100% agree. Gauge is now a loose cannon, He has exhausted his credits as far as I'm concerned and that disgraceful statement at the EGM was the last straw.

We are repeatedly told that he will not listen to any of the other directors and simply goes it alone. That cannot be allowed to continue and he needs reigning in.

We are all aware of his previous generosity and have praised him for his actions, but that was then and this is now.

This period of exclusivity has clearly come as a surprise to everyone, so yet again he 'goes it alone'. It has to stop.

OUR club and its' future is far more important than a Chairman hell-bent on doing things his way for his own benefit.
