BST Arrange Meeting with Jose Riga
at 14:15 7 Nov 2014

BRR/LaLa .....

What harm can it possibly do, in the scheme of things ?

Our club is dying before our very eyes.

KO gets to spout his propaganda every Tuesday in the Gazette without anyone having the chance to pick him up on it.

If we get an insight into how his recently appointed (& heavily researched !!!) managerial choice, reflects on his working relationship with KO, why would this be an issue.

Given the professional way he handled himself at BFC, I doubt Jose would think slagging KO out of some kind of weird revenge mission, would be a good idea.

Good stuff as usual Chris.

Not sure about quality of input from JK ???
I know its all about opinions but ......

Gilks to replace Tom Heaton as Clarets No1.?
- very unlikely. TH was prob best GK in our league last season.

Not a big deal letting Harrison McG go ?
- a very big deal. Undermines the whole purpose of having a Youth set up.

Evatt could still do a job at CB for us ?
- He wasnt fit enough to get a contract in Aug 2013. Played in fits and starts at Chesterfield. Would not do a job back at BFC.

Jose Riga not a good fit for BFC ?
- JR is exactly what we need. Good rep for decent football, not desperate, and seems not to be putting up with usual KO nonsense on funds agreed.

Lytham ....

Flotsam lost his starting place at Schintzel to Robbie Jetsom. But Robbie is also out of contract as well.

With any luck we could land them both !!!

Can we afford to not play Mackenzie, Davies or even Grant?
at 11:56 5 Aug 2014

I would not have played GMac even when we were down to a squad of 8 !!!

I would be disappointed if he fitted into JoseRigas style of play.

2nd half of last season opposition were letting him have the ball unopposed, knowing they would very quickly get it back, as he punted it aimlessly back to them. Same with Broadfoot.
They could both head away high crosses - but any decent centre half should be able to do that.
