The thing is, nothing about this makes us in any way unique. Some clubs game models are backed up by huge spending and good recruitment and some are backed up by our shocking recruitment and spending. Some clubs are being run by people who have a lot more about them than the people running us. We probably, as a fanbase, need to get over this obsession with every problem being 'data'. Nothing we are doing in that sense is unique, we just aren't doing it well. Focus on the issue that is Nourry is out of his depth, not the methods by which we aim to progress. |

In an ideal world, I'd prefer to see the news that Nourry has gone, Hoos temporarily stepping back into the CEO role pending a new hire and a good DoF appointment being lined up.
