Agreed we've lacked a no10 type player all season to link midfield and forwards. Indeed for me the tactics are very Bbm were it's all about self promotion rather than what's needed to garner results for us. |

I thought Gateshead did pretty much did what we should be doing. Possession with more tempo, got the ball to the half way out of defence quickly (ala man city) and varied there play from there. There midfielder (Francis) was the hub of everything good they did and had the freedom of the park. When they played the ball forward it stuck and they carried a threat. We where very passive , when played forward we lost possession or recycled. So frustrating. |

Lots of waffle and no substance. Very cloak and dagger. Only conclusion is they would be looking to leverage the purchase price and spending on the ground. Without transparency it really looks like Bottomley2 and Morton house with a mask on. |

Replacing the manager is not the answer. Until we clear out the numerous bad eggs in this squad and are in a position to revitalise with players who want to perform. These players won't perform for anybody. |

Feel sorry for Bentley, he's had a bag of shit to work with. The blame solely lies with the players and there agents . You can guarantee it's down to money, bonuses etc why these players have down tools effectively, operating at 85/ 90%. Closed shop militants. Make me sick. |

Classy as always from Robbie. Unfortunate it didn't work out. I'm sure he's learned a lot from the experience. I feel his methods are better suited up the league's rather than the battleground of league two. Wish him all the best for the future as and when he returns to management. |

Gutted for Robbie Stockdale. Really wanted him to succeed,was breath off fresh air. Perhaps that's where he went wrong, to nice in a ruthless industry. Wish him all the best and respect to the board ,a baptism of fire.. Jim McNulty for me. He's been working towards this opportunity for a while, knows the club , players. and can hopefully get a response from most of current squad. Promoting from within as seen a response in resent time's ( Hilly. BBm ) appointing a more experienced manager he would want to rip it up and start again. |

We dominated and should off scored. Grimsby sussed us out changed tactics stopping the full backs..We needed to change it and didn't ending with the inevitable. Fair play to the players who played ninety minutes in that heat. |

Personally see the the stand off the board as spot on. Hornets have been a drain on the football club for too long, time to get there own house in order and act professionally rather than stamping there feet whenever the football club doesn't jump. Pleased for Arron, clearly a very talented player who can still go higher up the pyramid. Sadly I don't think we saw the best of him at Dale. Bargain for Bolton!! |
