Who would be an official?
2nd half - Replacement referee, we go down to ten men and want to make a sub. Replacement and colleagues ignore it? Dialogue?
2nd half - later on, we battle to keep Watford in their corner, throw in to them but keeper takes a goal kick and between sub ref and his Lino eventually get a right decision.
Sadly a team of officials who can only learn from their experience today.
P.s. how did Choudhry not get a 2ndyellow and why did it take nearly 96 minutes before Hoedt got a yellow.

Time after time our players are fouled, BOS today literally had his shirt ripped off him 1st half yet nothing given and we just shrug our shoulders and the game continues. Other clubs, Leeds are a prime example, will get in the refs face, screaming, shouting abuse ranting & raving. Our lads, shrug shoulders have a sulk and then just get on.
Have a bleeding moan, rant and rave, ffs enough of the fans do but not our ever so polite team.

Sits on the wing and never attempts to go pass the fullback with the ball. Tonight was a prime example and was frustrating to say the least. Please explain why not? |

People are saying on here that Manning wasn't up to the job today.
Do these people understand he is raw to league football, was playing his 2nd game in two days and can see and make a pass that many of his teammates would struggle to do?
Reading these sorts of comments explains why we have players feeling unwanted and putting in a transfer request.
Also explains why I rarely bother with forums.

Nice when your mate gets two tickets as a birthday present and it would have been rude to decline his invite.

Back from Villa game and can only recall Given being forced into one save and allowing for the blatant handball by Hutton this means we had two efforts on target.
As for our free kicks, if I recall we had five opportunities to get an effort on target but couldn't hit the proverbial barn door.
Disappointing.
I'll discuss Master Olivers' performance when I've got my calmer head on, suffice it to say not impressed and the fast track system has again been proved to be a failure. |
