No, but we are a professional football club and should have professional standards, don’t think you’d see a Stockport for example asking a new player what they drink. Some may not have an issue with it and I don’t really, but I think it lacks professionalism somewhat

Think he’s 19 in October, not that I think that this question is appropriate anyway

Think the average posit for a newly relegated team to the NL to finish is Mid Table if that’s anything to go on

Seems like he didn’t really get a chance at Notts County and Chesterfield, interestingly bith paid money for him though

Looks like a powerful target man type

Eastleigh fans seem to like him and he played consistently there at the end of the season

National league window allows you to sign and sell players at will really, although this is a factor, it is less of a factor in the national league

The Stevenage game were we got absolutely battered from the moment we scored the 2nd goal and arguably were lucky to get the result due to some good goalkeeping and attacking failure on Stevenages part.

Here’s a link for some stats: rochdale a.f.c. vs stevenage f.c. stats âš½ https://g.co/kgs/SmbVNw

Stevenage 28 shots to our 9, 5 on target to our 2. Hardly a sustainable model of playing football and result aside definitely not our best performance of the season.

But like you say context of any situation is important

We lost to the better team on both occasions, both with significantly more financial clout and better players. Also both teams 1st and 2nd in form table when we played them. Showed by their current positions within the table. Wouldn’t be suprised if both got promoted this season

He can only do what he can with games he was given though. He’s lost to Stockport and Bradford. Both playoff teams. That PPG ratio would be good enough in the national league, as it would secure playoff positions. He’s also done this with a team that had 0.78 PPG. And also scoring goals. We were relegated at Crawley away, it just wasn’t confirmed

Certainly did that today in spells, but some still not happy

Yes, I’m sure new owners would be very put off a manager who took the worst team in the league to 1.57 ppg (playoff form) and 12 goals in 7 games (promotion form). That’s exactly what new owners don’t want.

The more I think about it the worse it is

The norm (which is also incredibly wrong) is opposition player abuse.

The fact it’s our own fans and we have so many players who would identify as they same race as D’Mani, for me they would be completely understood if they downed tools for the next two games, why should they try if this is the response. I don’t think anyone can question D’Mani effort

There’s no question the Bentley appointment is the worst this club has made, Hill’s motives are unknown, it may be in support of McNulty or it may be selfish in favour of imself. There’s no denying he was very successful at the Dale but anywhere else he has been has been entirely a disappointment.

Disagreeing with your opinion isn’t trolling, neither giving my own. As a fan myself I’m entitled to it

Yes, I’m the one with issues, not the person who’s got so rattled he’s had to resort swearing and name calling as he lost an argument. Liked this post again, is that okay Kel?

No I just work night shifts, and it seems to be when the gremlins come out on here too

Apologies I’ll right this new rule down and add it to the others:

So we have:
1) Don’t disagree with people (this is a big one)
2) Every pass has to be played above head height
3) Don’t have similar views to another person, unless that person really likes direct football, then you can agree
4) Facts are not facts unless it is an approved fact from the forum
5) Players must be booed in a game regardless of how they are playing and especially if it’s the first touch of the game

And finally:
6) Don’t like another members post unless Kel has liked it first

These are difficult rules to follow, but I will endeavour to break all
Of them 👍🏻😁
