FWIW proportionality doesn't come in to it, there was no way they were going to let a club that blatantly cheated and then lied about it play in that final. |

It's a strange concept...I cheated to have the chance of winning £200 million but it's proportionate to fine me 500k and still give me the chance of winning £200 million (you know that I cheated to get the chance to win). This is where the it was disproportionate bit falls down. |
