Any team we face will be full of confidence that if they shoot on sight there is a good chance they will score, how many shots on target did Leicester have? 6 and scored 5? That is astonishing
That means we really need Downes and Aribo in the middle of the park stopping that happen
If any of them get near or in the box then all bets are off
Something drastic needs to happen
Jack back this weekend do we think as part of Wussells master plan? |

We score goals, and should score a lot more, but its not enough because.........our defence and keeper aren't good enough as a unit
Yes THB is a fantastic player, KWP too, Jan B has his plusses but isn't great and is too slow and sideways, Jack too, Manning the less said the better, Bree is good but an average Championship player, then who do we have ?? No one
All 3 of our keepers are not very good
There are no replacements or competition in any position at the back
A winning team is built on a solid defence and clean sheets and we dont have either |

I would say CC was doing what he was bought in to do and hence our unbeaten run
Then Wussell disrupts that with Jack and switching LB for RB etc and look what happens |

The players are not playing for him, even they have lost faith in the possession based defeats.
Wussell is like Trump, everything is "their" fault, he is teflon. Saying we were good last night, do me a favour. When has he once held his hands up and said I take responsibility, that was my fault, bad subs, bad team selection, wrong tactics.
All season its been the same. We go on an unbeaten run with a fairly solid settled defence. Stephens gets shoehorned in disrupting said defence and we spiral further and further down, Not once has he dropped a very poor keeper yet he dropped our best player KWp for an error again disrupting the defence.
They bought in Calderwood to shore up the defence which he seemed to havebbut now? Has Wussell overruled him?
He hasn't improved our awful shots to conversion rate, he should have bought in a finishing coach
His subs have been reactive all season and at the wrong time for the wrong players 9 times out of ten
No plan B and his inability to switch tactics in game
the stubbornness of "this is the way we play no matter what" does not work at all ever in any business - you have to adapt, his failure to do so has cost us
Teams need to finish strongly with good leadership, we have done the total opposite
Any team facing us in the play off knows we won't change the way we apply so can easily out play us |

The only stats that natter are goalks
Score more, concede less
We have that the wring way round
Our shots on target stat is atrocious and if we cant hit the target we won't score
I would love to see how many shots we have had against us on target that resulted on goals |

Southampton boss Russell Martin told BBC Radio Solent:

To win anything you need to end the season strongly and we have done the total opposite
Since we lost against Bristol city we have capitulated
And that is down to poor management |

Huge player for us and another reason Wussell isn't up too the job
GK DM and striker all positions needed improving and / or cover, none bought in
And he thinks Smallbone can do a job there, and it took him and age to realise Aribo should start
