We have left things to late again. We have needed a striker since Danny Ings. For me the club has failed. I would take Ings back in a heart beat but I suspect he has already agreed personal terms. I actually think he is making a huge mistake going to West Ham. At his age he needs to play evry single game and at Southampton he would get that. Such a shame as with all the other additions we are making to the squad he would be the cherry on the cake.
I bet West Ham are payng him a fortune above the 120'000 a week he is currently on at Villa. He is probably looking at getting in as much money as he can before he hangs up his boots. Sad really but if he doesnt want to be with us then middle finger emoji insert here :) and saints will find an equally as good if not better player to fill the roll. COYR!! |

Ralph had to go now. Number 2 can take care of the remaining games before the world cup. He cant do any worse than Ralph! and hopfully he will play players in posistion like armstrong as a striker. YYou never know he might even be able to get Armstrong to start scoring. But Ralph had to go. Anyone saying we should have kept him for the remaining games before the WC needs looking at them selves. When are you guys going to wake up! VVD will NOT be sold in January to ANYONE let alone Liverpool FC. Southampton FC have gone this far and to sell now would make the club a laughing stock. The havent even fully intergated VVD into the first team. At the absolute earliest he will be sold in the summer. Southampton have made it VERY clear right from the start he is going nowhere. Southampton have already communicated behind the scenecs with Chelsea, Man City, Arsenal and also a number of big european foreign clubs to state the boy is going no where this season. And as for Liverpool they have well and truly burnt their bridges. |
