brought on more defenders probably because he didn't trust the ones we had on and our inability to control the ball and game.Its time we excepted that we are bang average and to fiddle our way through to the last four was a win in its own right. |

you're 100% correct we were average at best throughout,defensively as a four poor,stones on the free transfer list,guehi vastly overated,Reece James always injured,djed Spence part of a spurs defence almost relegated.Attacking wise we created little if you take Bellingham little cameos out of it there's very little.In my opinion Argentina would have beaten us no matter what we did,they were just better than us. |

there's a reason why we've never taken that final step at international level,we just aren't and haven't been good enough.I know the tactics helped Argentina out but I think they would have won anyway,we are average at the back and created next to nothing up front. |
