i think reed has already been informed that he is leaving at the end of the season, that is the only possible reason that he could have left mopo in charge after january |

i agree with that paul, i think we will be changing back to kelvin in goal next week, although i think boruc is probably our best keeper.

its not the left back position alone that is wrong, it is the lack of protection in front of the left back.

i do alot of running and increasingly cycling too, mtb and road. i run up to 45 miles a week depending where i am in my training routine, mostly off road, tennyson trail ect.
Those who say they cant run bc of dodgy knees, i too had dodgy knees due to footy but as the muscles built up from running the knees got stronger and now are fine, just take it easy to start with, listen to your body.
