All it takes is a little desire and investment in the manager and squad. Look at Southamptons Womens team as the blueprint. I think they got promoted from the Division One South East (equivalent to QPRs league) to Championship in 3 seasons, 3 straight promotions. This season they finished 4th in the Championship, so they are knocking on the door again. Went out and got a good manager, and just keep improving the players |

Wow the teams at the bottom who stayed up, like us, really deserved it. Looking at the last 6, the top 7 include us, Plymouth, Sheffield, Millwall, and Stoke. Teams won their way in, not backed in. |

We have had 6 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels now, mostly 2 at a time.
It always sucks when the end comes, they are part of the family. In fact they enjoy sitting on the couch watching TV as much as the rest of us. |

The big different Marti has made is on the defensive side of things. He has put the players in the proper positions, and added size in the middle of the pitch. Its not rocket science but common sense, and it makes you think what was GA doing? |

Feel lucky to be tied. We seem sluggish and are losing every free ball. I thought Armstrong did well, but not attack other than him. Really impressed by Dunne (again), the guy gets first to every ball in the box. His head is on everything. |

For me the biggest difference in us is the defending. In the past we would have lost this 1-3. Marti has done a tremendous job improving this. Remember how bad we were with GA, seems like a long time ago now. |
