As I said it was a more complex case than astraightforward r*pe case..
Fellah was up on 17 charges and we convicted him of all charges on the evidence which included the DNA 🧬 involved in the r*pe..
They had no physical evidence he was guilty of the second r*pe allegation..
Hence the do you believe her or him.. he did it, no doubt in my mind anyway |

6 years ago I was in a crown court case jury that tried a fellah for two rapes along with other various serious charges..
We found him guilty on the first charge as DNA 🧬 evidence had him bang to rights.. the second charge had no evidence so split the jury..
It was one juror who convinced us all to find him guilty mentioning the bar needs to be so high then and was a reason why some didn't report it..
His argument.. do you believe the girl who you believed was raped on the first charge or the rapist you've just convicted?
It was more complicated than just rape etc but we convicted him on that second charge |

Warnock really wanted to keep Walker for the rest of the season but 'Arry sent him to Villa in the PREM instead to further his education..
Bradley Orr who he was brought into cover while injured never got a fair deal afterwards by the fans as Walker was that good during his loan spell |

If memory serves me well a few years later John Barnes was in the enviable posistion of being able to choos England, Scotland or Wales as he applied for a British passport, I think he was born abroad? ..
From the 80s I remember Gary "taff" Bannister who had played briefly for the England U21's about how he was desperate to play for Wales as they offered him a full cap (the rules forbade him at the time) and Vinnie Jones (spit) also played for Wales through some grannie as well.. |

I only found out the score at breakfast this morning as I'm in sunny climes at this time of year...
