| Forum Thread | One abiding Play Off Final memory at 06:04 19 May 2015
So if you were to have one memory from our six Play Off finals what would it be? I'll go with three Dave Bamber's penalty being skyed over the bar Keigan Parker's goal when my mate shouted 'greedy git pass the ball' just before it went in the back of the net The wall of noise when West Ham scored the winner |
| Forum Thread | Would a new manager change anything for you? at 06:34 10 May 2015
I have long since realised the cancer in our club is the Oyston's but effectively my absence from football games will not affect whether they stay or go - some might say if we all felt like that then nothing would be achieved and if we all boycott the club their hand will be forced - however I've been going to BR for 45 years and I'm damned if they will stop me going. There was a time under both Worthington and Hendry if there was something else to do I did skip games - under Clark I missed 4 consecutive home games for the first time in my life and had already planned a holiday for the first two weeks of next season (which I would never do). However with the right manager at the helm my interest and commitment to the club may return even though we'll still have the O's in charge. I would say the most important managerial appointment of Karl's tawdry reign! |

Can't see any more than 2 or 3 being offered deals - Madine, O'Hara and maybe one of the defenders .. be surprised if any others get kept on. |
| Forum Thread | Have the O's now made it their mission to piss every Blackpool fan off? at 04:37 29 Apr 2015
They were doing a pretty decent job of it up to now but surely this latest stunt is just one too many? How on earth can they defend such actions? The one thing Blackpool fans wouldn't have done is to have vandalised something that is so important to our history. Some have said in the past that because of the way Vikki, Karl's Mum, was allegedly treated by fans he's been on a one man revenge mission - can't say I believed it until now! |
| Forum Thread | Your defining/memorable moment of 2014/15 at 14:14 27 Apr 2015
I'd say the only real memory I have of any significance is seeing Riga's face after Cardiff and that first win - the rest to be honest is a blur! |
| Forum Thread | BHS being sued for ÂŁ150,000? at 13:58 3 Apr 2015
Have I missed this one? Just read in the Guardian article that BHS are being sued for ÂŁ150,000 for non removal of threads about the Oystons. Anyone know any more? |
| Forum Thread | Returned, Not Good Enough or didn't want to stay? at 12:17 2 Jan 2015
So what do we reckon - have all these players gone back because they didn't want to stay or did we just not want them? Either way not a great reflection on Clark who'll presumably have to go cap in hand to some of the binned players! |
| Forum Thread | Does Orlandi not like Monday's anymore? at 14:34 29 Dec 2014
When I saw his effort curl just over the bar yesterday I was thinking about what he might write if he actually scored. Are we not privy to his thoughts anymore? |

... how did this fan get Karl Oyston's phone number and why did it take him a month to tell anyone about his conversation? |
| Forum Thread | Pleasure Beach rides you'd avoid! at 11:10 10 Nov 2014
Here's mine .. and for good reason!! A man who suffered a broken neck in a freak incident while riding the Grand National rollercoaster at Blackpool Pleasure Beach has been told he will remain paralysed from the neck down. Robert Sycamore, 55, suffered the freak injury after going on the ride at the fun park while visiting Blackpool with his family from Ipswich. His devastated family said he had taken his great-nephew on their first ride of the day at the park last month. But he was unable to get out of the train and had to be cut free by firefighters. He underwent a 12-hour life-saving operation at Royal Preston Hospital to restore his breathing and circulation. Doctors had said there was just a five per cent chance he would make it through the
vital procedure. But his nephew has said doctors have told the family his situation will not improve any further. Darren Parlour, said: “He is still in ICU and his situation is just the same. “There has been no change but he is stable at least. “It’s terrible really. “He is only 55 so he is not an old guy. “We have already had the long-term diagnosis, he is paralysed from the neck down and that is not going to change. “He is likely to stay in hospital until at least Christmas and then he will be moved to a rehabilitation centre.” The family says it is still unclear how he came to break his neck, although the Pleasure Beach has said there were no faults on the famous and
historic ride. Mr Sycamore is known to have suffered from spondylitis, an inflammation of the vertebrae in the back. A spokesman for the Health and Safety Executive said: “This incident was reported by the Pleasure Beach. There is an ongoing investigation and inspectors have been to the park.” |

When Belekon arrives and boots KOKO out - what's he going to do? Always thought he'd make a good undertaker! |
