You said it yourself John, it’s a huge task. The disparateness of the European members and ourselves make it so difficult to coordinate. The cultural and attitudinal differences are quite pronounced and it would be chaotic.
And who would lead? I may be a tad biased but really there’s only one country to lead and that’s the UK. And that’s never going to happen to be honest.
If it’s run ‘by committee’ then we’d be overrun before everyone met😂
The difference with Europe and America is that they are a UNITED states.
I’m no expert here but surely that’s the way many news outlets get their information along with agencies such as Reuters for world news. They can’t be expected to have their own man on the ground for everything. It maybe and I stand to be corrected, that they have agreements to use this info without crediting. I appreciate there is no such agreement with this site and fully understand Keith’s stance.
It just seems to me it’s sort of ‘fashionable’ to accuse WoL nearly every time they report something as being unscrupulous. And I’m saying this as someone who can’t stand them as previously mentioned.
I’ve no idea. I can’t stand the rag but I’m not buying it that all they do is trawl other sites then republish without referencing the source. They may do it when taking info from this site as they may feel they can get away with it but not recognised publications such as the one mentioned in the post above.
What is annoying is they are now trying to charge for ‘Premium’ articles. They won’t get a penny out of me.
We all have a go at this guy but just because it’s in WoL and another source doesn’t mean he’s plagiarised it. They may share the same original source.
It’s looking more apparent to me that the WRU have taken this matter personally. The Ospreys must have pissed them off somewhere along the line. Is Trump on the board?
They need to remember that just because it’s a big club the chances of early success is low (you mentioned Iwan Roberts). And homesickness can play a huge part at that age. Maybe if we can get to Cat 1 status and pay them a bit more that may tempt them to stay.
Bloody awful second half. We looked clueless and AGAIN outmuscled in the midfield and hardly won a header. Had that game by the scruff of the neck but again didn’t take our chances and paid for some sloppy defence.
The engines in some of those Birmingham players are huge though. Sprinting every time we had the ball in defence to close us down.
