That’s for sure. In the Portsmouth game Ronald I think was brought down from behind quite blatantly. Not given so I thought there must have been a slight tie in the ball from the defender. No corner given so he overlooked a blatant penalty. Blatant!
That said, I think Ronald has a reputation with refs for going down too easily in games this season and last. |

Yes, but there is an admittedly trite adage ‘you make your own luck’.
A lot of bad luck experienced by a side comes from some way a lack in mental and physical fitness. Not anticipating what may happen and then not having the speed or ability to react. Not always of course but sides who are more ‘on their toes’ tend to get a bit more luck.
I think our players have lacked a large amount of fitness and I’m hoping Matos and his team will start building the fitness levels week by week - mentally as well as physically. |

That last remark regarding added time should be looked into. 2 mins for Tyson takes it to 99’ and also the booking for wasting time at a throw in, another minute maybe and that’s 100’. Whistle went at 97’44”!! Some aspects of refereeing are difficult and are dependent on what the ref sees. Timekeeping shouldn’t be hard. |

We are still overplaying unfortunately and when closed down we don’t have the physicality at times to get out of it. Our pockets were picked on several occasions today, Eom being a major culprit.
We still play this passing around the back but it’s plain to see we are trying to get forward quicker. I hope this improves as the season progresses. The ball has to get forward quicker when the opposers us and exploit the gaps. Didn’t happen enough today. |

Whatever credit I gave the ref first half, he was absolutely awful second half.
44s of overtime when there was a long injury and a booking for time wasting. Unbelievable.
Key I’m sorry needs to be rested now and get some confidence back on the training ground. Play Casey instead or bring Parker in.
Burgess another who may heed dropping. Can Casey play in two places at once?? |

Yes, he should have been booked before that but all in all I think the ref has been ok.

The problem is more the timing of the goals. Going 2-0 up in the first 20 minutes allows plenty of time for a fight back. Let’s score them at 90+1 and 90+2 of 2 mins added time😁 |

Indeed, it provides opportunity I admit but you still need the ability. Motor racing is an expensive sport.
Tennis is the same but isn’t anywhere near as expensive of course. It’s just got the impression of exclusivity which it shouldn’t. |

Can’t see beyond Norris tbh. That said, although popular, he’s not as popular as he should be amongst the British public who tend to be Max Verstappen fanboys. They may vote for someone else or not at all. |

So wearing an Argentinian coloured shirt is to get Patagonians interested in them is it? I remember the chants of ‘Argentina’ down the Vetch in the 80s. Made me sick to the core so that’s why I find it insulting. |
