QPR Reserves Beaten by Watford Tuesday, 18th Nov 2008 21:28 Emmanuel Ledesma and Kaspers Gorkss featured as an otherwise young QPR second string, lost 3-2 to Watford at Loftus Road this afternoon in the Combination Cup. Emmanuel Ledesma and Kaspers Gorkss featured in what was otherwise, a young Rangers second string and it was Ledesma that opened the scoring from the penalty spot on 20 minutes. The Hornets came back however and had turned things around at the break, leading 2-1 with goals from Henderson and Parkes. Robinson gave the visitors a 3-1 lead in the second half and despite a consolation goal from Antonio German, Watford held on for a deserved victory. QPR Reserves are next in action away at Southampton on Wednesday 26th November, kick off 7pm. All QPR Reserve Home matches are played at Loftus Road Stadium. Kick off 2.00pm.
