Humphrys needs to be more involved and play some simple football rather than constantly looking for the 30 yard wonder strike - hold the ball up, link play, and be in the box when people looking to cross rather than waiting out on the edge for the wonder strike. Strikers score inside the box and hes not in there enough IMHO
