FA Cup v Barnet/Brentford boycott 09:32 - Feb 2 with 6320 viewslittleleon

In light of recent events, including this recent transfer window and last summers transfer window, and the fact that it is now blatantly obvious that the owners have lied to us fans and are not rebuilding the club, they’re just asset stripping us. I feel that ALL Swans fans should stick together and protest against this current regime.
Why don’t we all boycott the FA Cup game and meet outside the stadium for the duration of the match to peacefully(but loudly) protest. It could be like a picket line and hopefully nobody will cross it? An empty stadium for one match would make headlines! We need to stand up to them together, the financial implications of a boycott for this match wouldn’t be huge as there would normally be smaller numbers attending and at heavily discounted prices, but this idea I feel would raise the heat on them.
Let’s get this protest known and shared and hopefully it’ll build monentum?

Poll: If we can’t get a quality striker in January- would you sign Bony until summer?

This is nothing like the Petty situatio....he had paid £1 for the club not £68million......the club debt was then bought by Mel Nurse ,Petty only had more to gain than he than he had to lose..and Mel buying the debt gave him some leverage.......this time the buyers have 68million more reasons not to walk away.

That £68m has sailed. There’s no point them staying at the club if it’s not profitable, no matter how much they have to write off.

No real point Boycotting games as Blackpool have proved that. Better off going to the games with a lot of noise a signage of the fans thoughts on the situation and getting full media coverage.

Yeah let's boycott the game and really jeopardise the chances of getting to the quarter finals, hit em where it hurts! FFS.

There actually was a serious tone in that crazy post, as in that's what it would probably take in comparison to the Petty situation.
People are trying to rewrite history here, when quite simply he became a frightened man living in a one bedroom flat with his boyfriend in the Marina, then fled to a hotel in Cardiff to receive his pay off. Me thinks it will take a little bit more to scare this lot away!

Should be safe in Washington or wherever they live.
Why do they need to come over.

Poll: Would you like Cooper to stay or go (regardless of compensation situation)

And what do you suggest we do?
Nothing?
Protest during a match - i.e. have a couple of hundred fans in one corner of the ground chanting “Jenkins out” or “get out of our club” AGAIN
Something needs to be done to get the yanks out!!

Seriously, what can you do?

They own the club so they can do whatever the fvck they want.

It'll take more than a few guys with 50 grand to bail us out this time.
