Think the problem we’ll have is how late Rathbone signed his deal last year. I’m sure there would’ve been other League 1 clubs in for him (admittedly probably not of the stature of those linked now) but we would’ve risked losing him to a tribunal fee, which I hope the club would’ve researched.
