Actually in this case it is, he refused to deal with supporters groups or have any fan representation, effectivily ending the Saints Trust the only non regional supporters group who would question the club, all the regional groups are non political and historically have not challenged the club on policy due to ticket allowances ( a little harsh on London Saints but true)
So the knock on effect is we are not united as fans and have no central focal point to let the club know what we think, football clubs laugh at social media as they know it has divided and conquered, they get worried when supporters band together as long as they are whinging on twitter they can get on and do what they like about tickets etc.
So no click bate whatsoever, funny how when Cortese increased ticket prices and upped replica shirt costs, no one protested because they either believed he was taking us to the Champions League (with no money) or they were frightened that he might ban them if they complained.
