| Premier League Suspended on 00:12 - Mar 14 by Saintsforeverj | Latest is that as a last resort, Liverpool will be declared champions and the league will finish as it is now. There won't be any relegation. West Brom and Leeds will be promoted to a 22 team PL next season. 5 will then be relegated next season to get back to 20 again. If matches can't resume and the virus sticks around for months, having a 22 team PL might be a solution. |
Sounds logical. Also, PL clubs do not take part in the League Cup and no replays in the FA Cup. Will offset congestion.

Even if the FA declare them champions quite a lot of people won’t recognise them as the champions. A lot of that sentiment will stem from the ingrained national hatred of that club, but their 2020 crown will be diminished none-the-less and we can all have a little smile about that safe in the knowledge that they will bite whenever it’s mentioned. They will only be the champions of the abandoned season, not proper champions. [Post edited 14 Mar 2020 8:52]

| Premier League Suspended on 07:11 - Mar 14 by Occasional_Showers | According to the Telegraph Liverpool will be declared Champions, no team will be relegated, the top two championship clubs will be promoted, and 22 teams will play in the top flight next year. |
They can't really do that, they will have to abondon the season, you can't end a season with out finishing the games and you can't hand out titles for an incomplete league nor relegate or give promotions... If all games are not played then the league is abandoned, prize money split equally to all teams and we go again next season, no unfairness to any 1 and no giving titles to teams who have not mathematically won the title, who says Liverpools don't lose 15 players to Injury next game and lose every fixture while city win all and Leicester? I know it's not likely.. But neither was Liverpool losing 3-0 to Watford.... Any thing can happen in football....
