Well two are very average and error prone, one is still learning and one is yet to even play and is young. Any injuries or shoddy performances and we are down to 2

I'm sure that we were previously linked with that Dael Fry at Boro, so maybe we could go back in for him ? He is a bit younger than most on that list, so could be an option on the cheap.
To be fair though, yes they stayed up, but Boro have hardly set the Championship alight with their performances.
Doubt Boss (Covid) Colin W@nker would want to sell his prize asset anyway.
It is tricky keeping 5 CBs happy in a squad, but in theory it should create competition for places and everyone should raise their game. This doesn't seem to ever happen at Saints though, regardless of whether we have 3, 4, or 5 CBs.
Let's hope that Salisu, despite his age and lack of experience, can organise and lead by example. |  |
