You are nothing like John he can put a point across & answers questions in an adult like manner.

Anyway back to laughing at your childish posts & watching people poking fun at you.

Your views are so out of date its frightening you get to vote.

You can be as Indy as you like, it's all academic.

The break up of the Union has been greatly exaggerated, put to bed nicely today

You have misunderstood the ruling.

The judges just clarify the existing law.
Thats what they did.

Its now a fact the Scotland needs the uk govt approval to hold an election in Scotland.
Thats the law clarified.

The ruling will simply make Comrade Nicola more powerful.

The uk is now not a voluntary union.

It was not part of the process.

It was said, of course, like many many others things but it was not part of the process.

Here is a copy of the Edinburgh Agreement of 2012 signed by both Alex Salmond and Nicola Sturgeon which set out the legal framework for the 2014 referendum. It insists at the start on page 2 and also in the conclusion on page 8 that the result must be respected by all parties:

https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attac

It was also included in the foreword of the SNP’s white paper on independence: “If we vote No, Scotland stands still. A once in a generation opportunity to follow a different path, and choose a new and better direction for our nation, is lost.”

https://www.gov.scot/publications/scotlands-future/

When standing alongside David Cameron after the signing of the Edinburgh agreement Alex Salmond stated “this is a once in a lifetime vote. We pledge to abide by the result, even if we lose by one vote.”

These are official, legal documents Kilkenny. It absolutely was part of the process.

Not unlike killy to ignore the results of democratic referendums. 2016 EU Referendum, 2014 Scottish referendum but he refuses to concede that after 20 years since the Welsh devolution, won by a tiny majority, it is time for a new Welsh devolution referendum. Time for people of Wales to have their say on the success or failure of Drakeford's Labour 20 rule killy?

It was not part of the process.
If it was then the term ‘once a generation’ would have a specific meaning and time span - what was it then ? - 10 years, 15 years, 20 years, more than 20 years ? Nobody knows because it was never part of the legal process. That is a fact.
It was said of course like many other things.

The 2014 referendum has been respected.

The material thing thats changed is Englands mindless Brexit in 2016.

Scots who voted to stay in the EU by staying part of the UK in 2014 feel duped.
Scots voted Remain in 2016.

Surely you can see the issue with that. 🤷‍♂️

Oh the irony, you judge and cast sentence on everybody who disagrees with you, which is most of us.

I'd point out that people respond to John with civility because he can debate without being childish but it'd be lost on you.

Carry on posting what you want, the rest of us enjoy the laugh.

Maybe you will answer a direct question one day, maybe it's because you cannot understand the difference or the possible ramificatione between a brexit border with the EU and an indy border with England?

Again you bang the drum that says we would definitely rejoin the EU and another question you never answer is, whatt would Wales do while we waited for that to happen? How would Wales manage outside the Union AND outside the EU for possibly 15-20 years? You never respond to that properly, you always claim they'd pull us in uickly because......any sensible person looks at other countries and their wait and knows we would be made to wait. The EU has enough problems without taking on another financially unstable country. Until we met all the Copenhagen criteria we would have to wait.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

Thats a valid point.

I refer to it as Englands Brexit because it was English nationalist politicians like Johnson, Mogg, Farage, and Mad Nad who made the case for Brexit. Mostly by telling lies.
It did not come from Welsh political leadership.

The welsh vote is an embarrassment, but probably speaks about the lack of an effective welsh based media as much as anything else.

You would have to be an aching simpleton to think that Johnson, Mogg and Farage give a single shite about whats good for Cymru.
