I liked Newby when he first arrived and got up to speed. Unfortunately, I think his 'BBM reprogramming' has set him back. The switching feet trick at the goal line used to give him time to get a decent cross off. These days he's dispossessed as often as not, as in the 1st half. He also goes down like a house of cards in a gale as in the first half. And last but not least, he did get one on target but like most of his efforts that did make it on target they are straight at the keeper. Unless he can resolve these issues he'll continue to flatter to deceive. He has to stop trying to please BBM with style over substance performances and start playing Robbie pragmatic football. |  |

Have to agree. If you look at our record against the teams immediately above & below us is it really is shocking.
We’ve managed some great performances and wins against the perceived best teams in the division yet we never turn up in games like tonight & often sink to the depths of the opposition.
Questions need to be asked about the inflexibility of our system and why we aren’t more gung-ho against teams we really need to be beating. | | | |

Cross from the left across the box to O,Keefe who returns it across the box from the right. Grant completely unmarked controls it and fires into the bottom corner. keeper should probably have saved it but who cares. Very surprised that they had taken of Akinde just before our goal as he was a handful. They will regret not going all out for the second.
