Cleared. Offside. Dieng launches. But the ref hauls it back for a free to us in our own area!

What a príck.

I can see this being a '4' from Clive in his match report. And that's being generous.

Iroegbuman looks a fine player.

Rangers attacking. In their box. Ping-pong.

Cleared.

The game in a microcosm. At least 3 fouls on Chair, he attempts to use his arm to push off, foul given.

Absolutely awful ref today.

But its been a poor showing by QPR today , little created and with no real danger in the final third. We never troubled their goalie.

But for that mistake by Field this would be a draw.

Disappointing but we move on

Ref was a prick.

Tim looks great and should start next week.

Games like this are when we do lack a cutting edge unfortunately.

Swansea defended well, but our passing was frequently poor.

Control the controllables, and we didn't.

I feared the worse today as Swansea like to control games and stifle whereas we seem to have more joy when teams go toe to toe against us.

Amazing how our games finish so early when we are losing 🤔 Sounds like bad decision making by us in the final third, and a dreadful Ref have undone us today; oh and not having a striker( have I said that before?). Is there a more frustrating result in football than losing 1-0 ?

We never got going, looked tired. Swansea's game plan seemed to be to contain us rather than to try and win the game. Stitched up by the ref and lost due to a poor mistake. Frustrating.

We didn't do enough to win it in front of goal, but that ref was an utter Bellend. That Chair incident summed it up three fouls, an arm goes out and touches the defender. Their ball.

And then the foul in our box; Seny tries to launch it, pull the game back for no reason.

Utterly incompetent, not fit for purpose and another cowardly official.

So frustrating; they were crap, should have been down to 10 after one minute and we give them the softest of soft goals.

Timmy looked ACE. On that showing, Field was an upgrade on Ball and dare I say it, Timmy may well be an upgrade on Sam. Not sure Tim would have miscontrolled the ball like Sam did for their goal.

Dykes and Paal my pick today, but all pretty "meh" to be fair. We go again on Saturday.

Can we go out yet?

Shame. It does feel like we do lack that cutting edge in certain games. I don't think we are far off but I wonder if Bonne will be brought back to future benches to add something if needed. Although I do think Roberts can play that role. We do need forwards who do score goals once in a while. We move on as others have said.

In the games we lose we seem to lack that edge rather than be blown away, so I am hopeful we will start to see a more consistent team. Although, this is QPR so who knows! :)

Never knowingly right.

Real shame. A winnable game. No lack of effort, just didn't hit the heights of recent performances. Swansea did well to prevent us from playing, including constant niggling fouls, most of them not given by a home-loving ref. Unfortunate mistake from Field cost us.
Iroegbunam, unsurprisingly, looks some player. Balogun didn't look convincing but not long on the pitch and needs match fitness. When Dykes went off and we were chasing the game, we couldn't apply much pressure by swinging balls into their box because there was no target man. Didn't ever lay siege to their goal.
Chair going through with the left foot shot in first half probably best chance, he did everything right, good reaction save from the keeper.

The game might have gone differently if Swansea hadn't scored first.

In the second half not much seemed to run for us.

Boro, Watford, Hull 9 goals, 9 points.
Blackpool, Rotherham, Swansea 1 goal 1 point.

No idea what im trying to say. 🤔

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

Swansea did us tactically there and we did not respond, except with more of the same was crying out for Armstrong up front with Dykes to bully them (probably with 3 at the back) and being a bit more direct and throwing in crosses from wide rather than trying to play through them which they set up well against us.

Oh and that villa lad looks a bit special

Having said that Oliver Langfords referee performance was so dodgy if I was a bookie I would be looking for irregular betting patterns

In a word, pedestrian. A tactical game essentially settled by a mistake from Field. Credit to the opposition for stifling QPR's key players but Swansea were allowed to maintain an aggressive approach by a very lenient ref. Had he made the right call in the first minute it would've been a very different match. That all being said, QPR had another 93 minutes to make an impression but just never got going. Great teams nick draws from such matches but we're very much a work in progress.
